RAFFLE FOR PREMIUM KITE / WING / SUP / BALANCE EQUIPMENT RENTAL FOR 7 DAYS

1. Raffle Organizer

The organizer of the raffle is the operator of the e-shop www.kiteboarding.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “organizer”).

2. Event Duration

The contest runs until June 1, 2026 (inclusive).

3. Participation

Each person over 18 years of age is eligible to participate if they:

• are already subscribed or subscribe to the newsletter on kiteboarding.cz during the event period

Each participant may be entered into the draw only once. The organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with the conditions.

4. Prize

The winner will receive:

• free rental of kite / wing / foil / SUP / balance equipment for 7 consecutive calendar days

The selection of equipment depends on current availability and mainly includes new models:

• FLYSURFER (SONIC, SOUL, PEAK, ERA)
• NAISH (PIVOT, WING – ATOM, NEUTRON, ADX)
• NOBILE SPLITBOARD NHP, NT5
• FOILBOARD CHIMERA, NAISH FOIL
• NAISH SUP
• INDOBOARD and others according to current offer

The winner is entitled to borrow only one type of equipment forming a functional set (e.g., kite with bar, board with bindings, foil set, wing set, SUP set with paddle), subject to availability. Combining multiple types of equipment is not possible.

5. Prize Redemption

• The prize must be used no later than December 31, 2026 (including return of equipment)
• The rental must take place in one continuous period (7 days)
• The prize cannot be split or extended
• The date is subject to organizer approval based on availability
• The winner has no legal claim to a specific model, size, or configuration

6. Transport and Logistics

• Shipping costs are borne by the winner
• The organizer dispatches the equipment no more than 7 days before the rental period begins
• The winner must return the equipment no later than 1 day after the rental period ends
• The organizer is not responsible for carrier delays

7. Deposit

• A refundable deposit is required
• The deposit amounts to 75% of the standard retail price (RRP including VAT) of the rented equipment
• The deposit will be refunded after the equipment is returned and inspected
• The organizer is entitled to deduct any damages from the deposit

8. Liability and Use of Equipment

The winner:

• confirms sufficient experience with the equipment
• uses the equipment at their own risk
• acknowledges that the equipment is not insured
• is liable for any damage caused to themselves, third parties, or property

The organizer is not liable for:

• personal injury
• damage resulting from the use of equipment
• consequences of improper or unprofessional use

9. Damage or Loss

• The winner is responsible for any damage, destruction, or loss of equipment
• In case of damage, repair costs will be charged and deducted from the deposit
• In case of loss or irreparable damage, the winner must pay the full value of the equipment

10. Participation Restrictions

The following participants are excluded:

• those with a delivery address outside the EU, outside the Schengen Area, or in EU island regions
• those who do not meet the contest conditions

11. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected by random draw
• The winner will be contacted via email
• If the winner does not respond within 5 days, the claim to the prize expires and a substitute winner will be drawn

12. Personal Data Processing

By participating in the contest, the participant consents to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes (newsletter distribution).
Unsubscription is possible at any time.

13. Final Provisions

• The prize is not legally enforceable
• The prize cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash
• The organizer reserves the right to modify, shorten, or cancel the contest at any time
