Return of new equipment within the 14-day statutory period

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract concluded via e-mail or based on a telephone order within 14 days from the receipt of the Goods, with the exception of the Contract for the supply of goods modified according to the Buyer's wishes, or the Contract for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer programs, if the Buyer has broken their original packaging and with the exception of the Contract concluded when the Buyer personally collects the goods. • Beyond the scope of the law, we provide the possibility of exchanging purchased goods for new goods free of charge, up to 60 days from the date of receipt. More information can be found here.

Return of kite bazar equipment within 2 days?

• Choose from kite bazar KITEBOARDING.CZ. After receiving the shipment, you have 2 days to check the equipment, decide and state whether you will keep or return the kiting equipment. More information can be found here.

Send undamaged and unused goods in the original packaging back at your own expense to the store address or hand them over in person to our store KITEBOARIDNG.CZ. If possible, choose the Parcel in Hand service. Attach a copy or original of the receipt or invoice to the shipment.
