• We will send the ordered kiting equipment cash on delivery, after payment to a bank account or after payment via a payment gateway**
• after receiving the shipment, you have 1 day to test it** (other days are charged according to the price list of the rental company)
• decide whether to keep or return kiting/wing or foil equipment
• this service does not apply to accessories, spare parts, water wear and clothing
• others according to the legal conditions for the return of goods when purchasing at a distance

How does it work for USED kite equipment bazaar?

• choose from the kite bazaar KITEBOARDING.CZ,
• based on the photos and product description, decide if you want to send to your address
• We will send the selected kiting equipment after payment to the bank account, or after payment via the payment gateway*
• after receiving the shipment, you have 2 days to check the equipment, decide and express whether you will keep the kiting equipment or return it
• a later claim on the condition of the equipment itself is already on your side

How to claim warranty and return kite equipment for a refund?

• Contact us at our contact with the information that you want to apply the "Money Back Guarantee" or fill out the online form below the article.
• pack all kite equipment + attached documents (invoice, user manual, etc.) in original packaging
• put your bank account number on the invoice with your signature and go to the address of our store in Ostrava without cash on delivery
• as soon as the complete shipment arrives to us in undamaged*** condition, we send the price of the kite equipment to your bank account****

- The warranty can be used for new kite equipment on standard sizes of kites, kiteboards, kitebuggy, mountainboards. There is no legal claim to the Guarantee, the client must apply for the guarantee. We reserve the right to confirm the granting of a warranty on the ordered goods. The money-back guarantee can only be used with the prior approval of the seller. In such a case, the guarantee will be indicated by the seller on the relevant invoice with the text "Money back guarantee".
- The warranty for used kite equipment is provided for all ordered kite equipment.

- According to the applicable legislation, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract concluded via e-mail or on the basis of a telephone order within 14 days of taking over the Goods, with the exception of the Contract for the supply of goods modified according to the Buyer's wishes, or the Contract for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer programs, violated if the Buyer their original packaging and with the exception of the Contract, which is concluded upon personal collection of the goods by the Buyer.
