Kelly's Villa is an accommodation facility in the Al Ahyaa part of Hurghada, Egypt, built in the Al Khayam resort. The city center is about 15 min. and the airport is 20 minutes away by car. The villa is located about 100m from the beach with umbrellas. There are several kite centers in the vicinity, the closest of which are Fanadir Bay about 150m and Paradise Kitesurf about 300m. There are also grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, pizzeria within walking distance.
