We will be happy to exchange an unsuitable gift for any other product from our offer of the same or higher value with a possible surcharge. Please note that the right of return will no longer be applicable to the newly selected product as part of this exchange.In order for the exchange to proceed smoothly, we ask you to comply with several conditions: the returned goods must be unused, in the original packaging, with all tags and must meet the general conditions for returns.
