INDIANA Wing Foil board Freewave - 65L Carbon

New for 2024 but now available in 65L, the new Wingfoil Allround Board is the most modern design from our shaper Gunnar “Chinatown” Biniasch.

Gunnar has spent a lot of time testing and refining the new concepts on this board to ensure everything works harmoniously.

Release Rocker 2.0: The tail rocker has been increased to maximize acceleration and allow the board to release from the water without resistance.

Deep Concave Deck: The deep ergonomic concave in the deck gives maximum control as it provides good grip to the forefoot without causing discomfort. The concave is deepest under the forefoot and becomes flatter towards the tail of the board. To prevent water from collecting at your feet, the concave extends to the back of the board, creating a channel through which water can escape.

Concave Rails: The new concept of concave rails allows you to have two boards in one. Instead of a straight, slanted rail, the concave rails allow the board to sit a little lower on the water when riding at displacement, which ensures increased rolling stability. But when the board is pumped, the top surface of the board is effectively removed from the water and only the reduced hull slides, making the board's release from the water much easier.

Round Bottom Hull: The hull is rounded at the front. This helps the board accelerate in displacement mode, producing a higher speed before you start pumping. The rounded torso also puts less strain on the knees when landing jumps or chopping.

HSH (Hard-Soft-Hard) Rail Progression: The lower rail is sharp near the tail, but has a softer section under the forefoot that becomes sharp again at the nose. This makes the water entry into the rail profile more efficient and the water is directed under the board.
